VIETNAM GLOBAL ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT SOLUTIONS COMPANY LIMITED (VNGE), established under Enterprise Registration Certificate No. 0109290970, issued by  the Business Registrar, the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi on 3 August 2020, is an investment and legal consulting company specializing in the fields of oil & gas, energy (including renewable energy) and environment in Vietnam.

The company was founded by the enthusiasm of personnel with 20-30 years of experience in foreign investment in the fields of energy, oil & gas (including oil & gas exploration, transportation, refining and petrochemical, gas-power-fertilizer and LNG to power) since the Law on Foreign Investment was first drafted and implemented.
